Anna Jester is Vice President of Sales & Marketing at eJournalPress. Working at a software company offering manuscript submission and peer review, production tracking, and billing/OA payment systems leads to fascinating conversations, generally including at least four acronyms and/or industry terms, such as Read & Publish. Anna enjoys dialogue about functionality and workflows, providing demonstrations and presentations, and attending industry meetings. She volunteers on the Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP) Membership Committee, served on the International Society of Managing and Technical Editors (ISMTE) Annual Meeting Planning Committee, is a CSE Past President, and current Science Editor Editorial Board member.
