Peter J. Olson, ELS, has been a Freelance Manuscript Editing Coordinator for the JAMA Network since 2021; before that, he was the Senior Copyediting Coordinator at Sheridan Journal Services for 20 years. He was a freelance copyeditor for Wiley for 18 years, primarily for the American Cancer Society journals, and has served as a reviewer for the AMA Manual of Style, the Chicago Manual of Style, and CSE's Scientific Style and Format. Peter has been the coordinator/moderator and a faculty member of the CSE Short Course for Manuscript Editors since 2013 and is CSE's Secretary-Elect.
