Tricia Kershaw is manager of journals production at the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), where she oversees an incredible team who produce ASCE’s 36 scholarly journals. Over the past seven years at ASCE, Tricia has held positions in both editorial and production. Previously, she provided research, writing, and administrative support to scientific committees at the National Research Council.
