Christine Casey, MD, joined Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) as inaugural Deputy Editor in 2009. She served previously on CSE's Board of Directors, was co-chair Program Committee of the 2014 Annual Meeting, and was coordinator for CSE Short Courses on the Road. Currently, she is a co-Director of the Short Course for Journal Editors. Dr. Casey received her medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and completed her residency training at the University of California, San Diego Medical Center.
