Colleen Scollans leads Clarke & Esposito’s Marketing & Customer Experience Practice. She is a seasoned marketing, digital strategy, and customer experience leader. Prior to consulting, Colleen was the Chief Marketing Officer for Oxford University Press’s (OUP) Academic Division. As global CMO, Colleen led over 250 marketing, digital, and data/analytics professionals worldwide. As Lead Digital Strategist, Colleen spearheaded OUP’s digital and marketing transformation, and was a consultative partner to OUP’s society clients. Before joining OUP, Colleen held leadership roles at Wiley, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and First Union Bancorp.
